A called Church Conference is scheduled for Sunday, September 14, at 4 PM in the Chapel. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the Projected Contributions and Ministry Expenditure Plan for Fiscal Year 2025-26. Members of the Finance Committee will be available to answer questions and clarify any information. The expenditure plan will be voted on during a called Church Conference at the end of the worship service on Sunday, September 28, without discussion.
Tabernacle Baptist Church is excited to serve as a drop-off location for Operation Christmas Child during National Collection Week, November 17–24. Shoebox gifts collected here will bring joy, hope, and the Gospel to children around the world.

Attention Tabernacle Families, both young and old! Your family and friends are invited to join us for a night of fellowship and fun at Ole McDermitt’s Farm on September 26. There will be activities for everyone, including hay rides, play areas, a petting zoo, and a corn maze! Dinner will be provided and served at 6:00 PM. 6:00 PM – Kids Mission & Discipleship
Kids dive into TeamKID! — a fun, interactive program that helps them grow in their faith while learning how to follow Jesus in everyday life.
6:00 PM – Adult Discipleship Classes
Meaningful studies designed to help adults grow deeper in their walk with Christ. Current offerings include The Gospel of John: Knowing Jesus Through the “I Am” Statements and Practicing the Way by John Mark Comer (especially for parents).
6:00 PM – Student Worship
A time for students to gather, build friendships, and grow in their faith through worship and teaching.
6:00 PM – Tabernacle Choir
Choir rehearsal begins as we lift our voices together and prepare to lead the congregation in worship each week.
Join us Sunday, October 5, in the Heritage Room after worship for an informational meeting about next year’s trip to support Chris and Katie Nalls, IMB Field Personnel in Nairobi, Kenya.
Tabernacle is planning to send a team of 10 to 15 adults in 2026 to provide childcare training and development for the children of first-time missionaries in Sub-Saharan Africa. Using IMB curriculum, the team will help kids learn the components of the missionary task.
Come to the meeting to learn more and see how you can be part of this important mission opportunity!
On Sunday, October 12 at 3:00 PM in the Life Center Gym, we’re hosting a co-ed “blind draw” Pickleball Tournament where teams are assigned before the first game.
It’s free to play, and whether you’re on the court or in the stands, there’s a place for everyone. Snacks and drinks will be provided for both participants and spectators. Doors open at 2:00 PM.
